About The Owner
Adel Rafael is a seasoned professional in the field of Property Management, with over 29 years of experience. As the founder and CEO of RPM West San Fernando Valley, he has successfully navigated the industry and established himself as a trusted leader.
Adel’s journey in property management began in 1986 at Coldwell Banker. From there, he took on the role of CFO at Orangefair Company in Beverly Hills, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s assets by $180 million. Under his guidance, the company added 850,000 square feet of retail space with an impressive average occupancy rate of 92%.
Continuing his career at RE/MAX Olson and Associates, Adel brokered deals on a diverse range of properties, including apartment complexes, medical buildings, and restaurant spaces. His expertise and knowledge in the industry led him to join a prominent California investment company that invested in multiple regional malls across
the United States.
In this investment group, Adel’s presence played a crucial role in establishing the group’s ability to manage their investments internally, without the need for an outside management company. This empowered the group to have full control over their syndicated investments and maximize their overall profit.
Following the collapse of the real estate market in 2008, Adel founded Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley, recognizing the need for a comprehensive property management solution in the new real estate landscape. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has gained a stellar reputation for providing top-quality property management services. From property maintenance to tenant screening and financial reporting, Adel’s company offered a wide range of solutions that brought peace of mind to property owners.
With an effective marketing strategy and his extensive experience in the field, Adel successfully grew the company from managing just one house to overseeing a portfolio of over 300 single-family homes in the San Fernando Valley of California.
